How do I cancel my BrowserMesh recurring subscription?

To cancel your recurring subscription, navigate to the BrowserMesh Console Billing Settings and click Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing cycles, and no further automatic card charges will occur from that moment forward.

What happens to my account after cancelling a paid plan?

Following cancellation, your account retains Pro features and multi-device connection limits until the end of your prepaid billing period. Afterward, your account smoothly transitions to the Forever Free Starter Tier, preserving all your local workflows, historical logs, and custom automation scripts.

1. Subscription Cancellation Overview

At BrowserMesh, we believe in complete developer freedom. You are never locked into long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly recurring subscription (e.g., Pro Developer Plan at ₹299/month) at any point with zero penalties or hidden cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation Duration & Billing Cycle Terms

  • Cancellation Duration: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the date and time of your next scheduled recurring renewal.
  • Immediate Processing: Once you submit a cancellation request through the self-service dashboard or email, the recurring auto-debit instruction with our authorized payment aggregator partners is revoked immediately.
  • Retained Access Until Cycle Expiration: When you cancel a paid plan, your Pro tier features (e.g. 10,000 automation runs/mo, 3 connected devices, multi-format exports) remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Zero Subsequent Billing: After the current billing period expires, you will never be charged again unless you actively choose to re-subscribe.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription (Self-Service)

You can easily cancel your subscription in under 30 seconds:

  1. Sign in to your account on the BrowserMesh Web Studio at studio.browsermesh.in.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscriptions (studio.browsermesh.in/billing).
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  4. Confirm the cancellation prompt. You will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation and an email receipt confirming that recurring billing has ended.

4. Post-Cancellation Account Status & Data Preservation

Following the conclusion of your paid billing period:

  • Reversion to Free Starter Tier: Your account will smoothly transition to the Forever Free Starter Plan (₹0 / month). You can continue running jobs within the free tier limits.
  • Local Data Sovereignty: Your locally stored automation databases, SQLite files, execution logs, and custom workflows stored on your PC or mobile devices are 100% preserved and will never be deleted by us.
  • Seamless Reactivation: You can reactivate a Pro plan at any time in the future by visiting the Billing portal.
