What is the BrowserMesh refund policy for paid subscriptions?

Because BrowserMesh offers a full-featured Forever Free Tier allowing complete performance benchmarks before purchasing, digital subscriptions and completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable. However, accidental duplicate billing charges or documented service outages are reviewed and refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

How can I cancel my BrowserMesh subscription?

You can cancel your BrowserMesh paid subscription at any time with a single click inside the Console Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account retains full Pro access and active connected node slots until the end of your current billing cycle with zero recurring fees.

1. Mandatory Free Tier Evaluation & Benchmark Before Purchase

BrowserMesh provides a Forever Free Starter Plan (₹0 / month) with full access to test our core automation engine, web compatibility, node execution, and workflow capabilities:

  • Test Before You Pay: Before paying any money or subscribing to a paid tier, you must explore the Free Tier and run live benchmarks for your specific automation workflows.
  • Performance Verification: Only if you are completely satisfied with the automation performance, web compatibility, and execution reliability observed during your free evaluation should you upgrade to the paid Pro Developer plan (₹299 / month).
  • Responsible Usage: You acknowledge that third-party web applications evolve frequently, and you configure and execute automation workflows responsibly according to target website terms and technical requirements.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Duration & Refund Mode)

We strive to ensure a fair and transparent payment experience for all users:

  • Refund Request Duration: In cases of accidental duplicate billing, payment gateway network errors, or technical billing anomalies, refund requests must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.
  • Mode of Refund: All approved refunds will be credited directly back to the original source payment method used during checkout (such as the customer's original Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, or UPI VPA/wallet) through our authorized payment gateway partners.
  • Refund Processing Timeline: Once initiated, refunds are processed and credited to the customer's source account within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard banking settlement cycles.
  • General Digital SaaS Services: Since BrowserMesh provides immediate digital access, downloadable binaries, and instant cloud infrastructure allocations, routine non-erroneous recurring subscriptions that have already been utilized are non-refundable after the 7-day period.
