What are the accepted use policies for BrowserMesh?
BrowserMesh provides dual-use developer automation infrastructure. Users must strictly utilize the software in compliance with regional computer security laws and intellectual property rights. Scraping unauthorized non-public networks, launching DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, and illicit automated actions are strictly prohibited under these terms.
How are subscriptions and device quotas governed?
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, providing allocated connected machine nodes and concurrent workflow execution quotas. Node licenses can be reassigned between desktop, server, and mobile nodes anytime without penalty via the BrowserMesh Console device manager.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Dual-Use Software Nature
This website is operated by BrowserMesh (Trade Name), legally represented by Mathanraj Murugesan. By accessing or using the BrowserMesh platform (www.browsermesh.in), downloading our software daemons (Windows, Linux, Android), subscribing to paid plans, utilizing our APIs, or orchestrating browser nodes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
BrowserMesh provides general-purpose web automation, browser emulation, and developer infrastructure software. Like any dual-use developer utility (such as cURL, Puppeteer, or Chromium), the ultimate application of the software is entirely determined and controlled by the end user.
2. Mandatory Free Tier Evaluation & Performance Benchmark
BrowserMesh provides a Forever Free Starter Tier (₹0 / month) specifically so that all users can thoroughly evaluate our software, test their target endpoints, inspect web compatibility, and benchmark execution performance prior to making any financial commitment.
- Pre-Purchase Due Diligence: You agree and acknowledge that you must explore the Free Tier, execute sample automation workflows, and run benchmarks for your specific requirements before purchasing a paid plan.
- Purchase Satisfaction: You should only purchase a paid subscription (such as the Pro Developer plan at ₹299/month) if you are completely satisfied with the automation performance and technical capabilities observed during your free evaluation.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed duration, refund mode, and self-service cancellation procedures.
3. Zero Liability for User-Initiated Automations & Data Processing
You must use BrowserMesh solely at your own discretion, initiative, and responsibility.
- No Responsibility for Automation Execution: BrowserMesh, its founder (Mathanraj Murugesan), developers, employees, and affiliates are strictly NOT responsible or liable for any unauthorized, infringing, or abusive automation conducted by any user.
- No Control Over Data: BrowserMesh does not select, curate, inspect, store, or monitor the workflows you run, the target URLs you configure, or the content/data you process. All automated data resides exclusively on your local machines and storage.
- Sole User Liability: You bear 100% full legal, financial, and regulatory responsibility for how you utilize, distribute, publish, or process any data handled using our platform.
4. Country-Specific Laws & International Compliance
Users operating from or executing automations across any country, territory, or jurisdiction worldwide must strictly obey all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes, including but not limited to:
- Privacy & Data Protection: Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) in the United States, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Information Technology Act 2000 in India, and equivalent data privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Abusive Activities & Acceptable Use Rules
